Managing Director
Kevin has over thirty years’ experience in the healthcare sector and bio-pharmaceutical industry. During this time, he has worked in government relations, patient advocacy, and communications roles within industry, as well as public health epidemiologist in the UK health service.
Kevin started his pharmaceutical career with a secondment to 3M Pharmaceuticals before joining Parke-Davis UK. Kevin then joined Novartis UK as Head of Government Relations before moving to Brussels as Director of European Public Affairs. During his four years in Brussels, Kevin lead work on pharmaceutical legislation, including the previous fundamental review, as well as the orphan and paediatric Regulations.
In 2007, Kevin joined Pharmion/Celgene, where he held a number of European management positions of increasing responsibility, before becoming the VP Corporate Affairs, Worldwide Markets in 2015. At Celgene, Kevin was responsible for leading all patient advocacy, government relations and communication activities outside the US.
In addition, Kevin represented Celgene on EFPIA Committees and the IFPMA Council, where he also Chaired the Rare Disease Working Group. In 2021, Kevin joined BeiGene as Head of Corporate Affairs, Europe. He built a high performing corporate affairs team and was instrumental in the successful launch of BeiGene’s first medicine for a rare blood cancer.
Kevin has a PhD in Environmental Epidemiology from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He has a particular passion for building highly engaged patient centred public affairs teams.

Imogen recently graduated from Kingston University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Drama and Creative Writing.
She is passionate about raising awareness of physical and mental health issues, specifically through the arts. During her time at university, she published in the Kingston Anthology of Creative Arts and hopes to continue a career in writing.
